How to start a return
- Email jasonshii.co@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.
- Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with the carry case.
- Add-on services (Shipping Protection, Warranty, Priority Processing) are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Damaged or defective?
If your earbuds arrive damaged or stop working within the warranty period, email us with a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement.
